Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital content delivered instantly. Because you receive the files immediately, all sales are final — but we want you to buy with confidence, so please read this policy and use the previews before you purchase.

All sales are final

Our beats, sound packs, and presets are digital products delivered electronically. Once your order is confirmed and your download is made available, the sale is complete and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at our discretion (see below).

Right of withdrawal (distance sales)

Under Turkish consumer legislation on distance contracts, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent. By completing checkout and accessing your download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Try before you buy

Every track and pack has a preview so you can hear it before purchasing. We strongly recommend you listen to the preview and confirm the product, tier, and format suit your needs. “I changed my mind”, “I bought the wrong tier/format”, or “I found it cheaper / elsewhere” are not grounds for a refund.

When we will help

We will look into a refund or a fix where:

• a delivered file is corrupted, broken, or technically faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement;
• you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order;
• a product was materially not as described on its page.

In most cases the fastest fix is a replacement file or fresh download links, which we will provide promptly.

How to request help

Contact us through our Contact page within a reasonable time, and include your order number and the email used at checkout, plus a description of the problem. The order number is the only identifier we have for your purchase, so please keep it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayTR.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after your files have been delivered may result in suspension of access to those files and the associated license.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory Turkish consumer protection law. For consumer disputes you may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court.
